When first connecting with Judy, she was incredibly thorough in taking the time to understand our wants & non-negotiables. She was empathetic, realistic, honest and never once pushed us towards a home or a decision. She helped us envision what life could look like in each house while also painting a realistic picture of what to expect. She also helped us coordinate all of this while we were out-of-state, which is no small feat, and it genuinely felt like she was moving mountains for us. Her knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, and market was unmatched, and she seems to know everyone everywhere. She is sharp, strategic, and an absolute force when advocating for her clients. We've already recommended her to family wanting to move in the area and would absolutely work with her again when it's time to sell or buy our next home.
