We moved to the area at the wrong time for home buyers -- more buyers than available homes (a seller's market!). Since we moved from out-of-state, we needed to find a house fast and needed to get our kids enrolled in school. We knew it was going to be difficult to find the house we wanted as we had very specific requirements that eliminated most houses. Out first Realtor that was recommended by a co-worker did not work out for us as we did not get the responsiveness and attention that we needed (especially considering the market and the need to quickly find a home). After four months of working unsuccessfully with this Realtor we switched to Candie. The difference was astonishing. Had we used Candie from the start, I'm sure we would've found something we wanted quickly. Instead, we had to move into a rental which further delayed our purchase. We eventually found what we were looking for. Whenever Candie was not available, she always made sure someone could show us homes in her place. We never missed out on a house in this hot market because our Realtor was not available to us -- that was not the case with our first Realtor. We met Candie at an open house. This was our alternative to see houses as our first Realtor was frequently not available. The thing we noticed about her that kept her on our mind was she would listen with attentiveness -- not just to us, but also to our kids asking her questions about what kinds of wildlife might be at the house. If she was going to pay that much attention to our kids, she would certainly pay attention to what we were looking for in a house. Candie was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Michelle is a very hard worker and very detail oriented. I would recommend her to anybody buying or selling real estate in the high country.
