He was also very cognizant of what price range and areas of town we wanted to be in and would send of a good selection of homes with that in mind. We never felt overwhelmed with the selections. He was very thorough in getting all of the necessary info that we needed to take care of on our end and scheduling inspections and any necessary repairs.
