We found Wendy to be the consummate realtor. We writers= both seniors; former owners of 2 houses= first for over 26 years; second for almost 30 years. We recognized need to be near family- made an unplanned and sudden relocation to Charlotte area. Family are dedicated researchers! They suggested Wendy. After some 56 years of home ownership we knew what we did or didn’t want. We felt comfortable w Wendy; she understood us; *no pressure or lies*. She represented, advised and reassured two stressed seniors uprooting themselves after 30 years and transitioning to a new area, neighbors and lifestyle. Brooke is the best in the business! She is super knowledgable on all aspects from beginning to end. She will work with AND for you to get everything you need out of the deal. She will do everything in her power to get you the best deal possible, as well as make it a smooth seamless transaction.
