We have bought and sold 8 houses in various states over the years and working with Beth on this sale was excellent in every way. Beth is knowledgeable of the Wilkes County and surrounding NC area and has so many people contacts. After viewing the house we were selling, she immediately had a potential buyer in mind. Consequently, that contact became our buyer so the entire experience was fast and easy. Beth has an extensive network of professionals to keep the process moving and she knows the best people with the best skills at the best price . She even makes the arrangements with them, keeping us informed of dates and times convenient for us. She kept us in the loop throughout the process so there were no surprises or obstacles in our way...smooth sailing through to the closing. Beth's personality is professional yet warm and engaging. We met as real estate agent and seller and left as friends. We so very highly recommend this lady for any real estate needs one may have.
