We decided to go with Jennifer Smith, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price for our family. She was patient with us as we took time to look at homes over several months. In short, she was always on our side working to make our home buying experience as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jennifer was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice person .

Preceding our move to NC, we needed to sell our investment property, and roll the funds into a new rental. She was also familiar with the 1031 Starker Exchange rules, and tight timeline required, and worked with us closely to insure we were able to make it happen. Lina Morrow is a true professional. I appreciated her working with my daughter on a lot of the process stuff. Lina was her realtor when they moved to Hickory and my daughter and her husband recommended Lina to me based her skills at that time. Lina was helpful with the offer and the counter offer. The closing was smooth in spite of the Covid virus issues. We used the Docusign process to facilitate the bid/offer and the closing documents. Once I got the hang of it this was an uneventful process. I would not hesitate to recommend Lina Morrow if you are looking for a professional realtor.
