We found Wendy to be the consummate realtor. We writers= both seniors; former owners of 2 houses= first for over 26 years; second for almost 30 years. We recognized need to be near family- made an unplanned and sudden relocation to Charlotte area. Family are dedicated researchers! They suggested Wendy. After some 56 years of home ownership we knew what we did or didn’t want. We felt comfortable w Wendy; she understood us; *no pressure or lies*. We chose a house we had researched…. bought immediately. Again, our age being factor…Wendy’s communication, negotiation, PATIENCE, & informative manner excellent.
