Glenn M Fisher

We reached out to Glenn for the purpose of selling our lake lot based on posted reviews and contracted to place the property listing with him based on his experience, knowledge of the local market, flexibly, professional demeanor and suggested sales/pricing strategy. During the course of the listing he kept us updated with regard to interest in the property which far exceeded our expectations and feel that his personal networking and willingness to consider alternative approaches made the difference in making the sale…… would rate our experience with Glenn as a 5 out of 5!

Glen understands the Hickory area. He Lists and sells property in all quarters of the city. He also enjoys working with lake front areas.

Glenn helped us battle through multiple offers over the course of time and never gave up. Highly recommend.

Glenn's knowledge of the area is outstanding. He is a true professional, and is always available to answer questions regarding properties that are on the market. We have done several transactions with him, and look forward to doing more in the future. He has become a good friend.

Glenn is knowledgeable, honest and responsive. Everything I was hoping for in a Realestate Agent. I have bought and sold 27 properties in my life time so trust me I know a good agent when I work with one

We had our vacant lake front property for sale for over 3 years . We replaced our realtor and signed a listing agreement with Glenn Fisher. Within a few months of signing with Glenn Fisher, we had a solid offer to purchase our lot. The sale was predicated on seller obtaining a septic permit, which was very challenging. Glenn Fisher expedited , and facilitated expediting the septic permit. Glenn's communication through-out this process was beyond stellar, and his knowledge of Lake property, easements, setbacks and regulations was a huge help in this process. I would not hesitate to use Glenn again for any of our real estate needs.
