We had our vacant lake front property for sale for over 3 years . We replaced our realtor and signed a listing agreement with Glenn Fisher. Within a few months of signing with Glenn Fisher, we had a solid offer to purchase our lot. The sale was predicated on seller obtaining a septic permit, which was very challenging. Glenn Fisher expedited , and facilitated expediting the septic permit. Glenn's communication through-out this process was beyond stellar, and his knowledge of Lake property, easements, setbacks and regulations was a huge help in this process.
