She shared information regarding what comparable houses recently sold for, and she knows what buyers are looking for. I followed her suggestions and directions to prep, stage, and show the house. Working with Sasha was an excellent experience. I started out five years ago looking at just blank land and she showed me several beautiful pieces of property but some of them either didn't work or out a budget. And as time went on my disabilities started to catch up plans changed. Once again she started showing me property would houses and being a picky customer😆 she stuck with me.
