Lindsey Sandoval was one of the best buyer's agents that I have ever worked with as a fellow Realtor. She navigated an extremely tough transaction that required communication with other agents halfway across the country. Lindsey stayed devoted to her buyer clients and helped them find their dream property and worked long hours making sure that property made it to the closing table. We had multiple setbacks throughout the process, but Lindsey always found a solution and was adamant their her clients would be successful in purchasing their home despite all the complications along the way. If you want an agent who's going to have your best interests at heart and to ensure you make it to the closing table, Lindsey Sandoval is one of the best out there at closing deals. I highly recommend Lindsey because of her work ethic, knowledge and transparency of all things real estate related.

We found Wendy to be the consummate realtor. We writers= both seniors; former owners of 2 houses= first for over 26 years; second for almost 30 years. We recognized need to be near family- made an unplanned and sudden relocation to Charlotte area. Family are dedicated researchers! They suggested Wendy. After some 56 years of home ownership we knew what we did or didn’t want. We felt comfortable w Wendy; she understood us; *no pressure or lies*. We chose a house we had researched…. bought immediately. Again, our age being factor…Wendy’s communication, negotiation, PATIENCE, & informative manner excellent. We lived on a granite mountain in western NC; a “Dead Zone”. Wendy would communicate 3 ways= by hard line phone, email, & text. She was always responsive, immediately. She had answers or options; ran interference w HOA over fencing; knew the comps and the market. She even gave us referrals for reno & service work. Always available. We cannot praise Wendy enough. She represented, advised and reassured two stressed seniors uprooting themselves after 30 years and transitioning to a new area, neighbors and lifestyle. I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. When we were ready to start looking exploring the market a few months ago, Noah was ready with all of the information we needed in the areas we were interested in and ready at a moment’s notice to show a home that we were interested in. He was also very cognizant of what price range and areas of town we wanted to be in and would send of a good selection of homes with that in mind. We never felt overwhelmed with the selections. Once we did find one that we wanted to make an offer on, Noah guided us through without feeling pressured and we had the house under contract within 2 days. He was very thorough in getting all of the necessary info that we needed to take care of on our end and scheduling inspections and any necessary repairs.
