He guided us through this process which I admit, was a little nerve racking. We had already made visits to the house and my wife was really wanting this home. Bailey advised me how to handle this situation and at 9:30 he called to congratulate us, they accepted our offer. The rest is history. We are moved in and we are extremely happy. Bailey didn't just stop at the sale, he also arranged a couple repair visits for me to handle some minor issues. Bailey Breen is the best Realtor I've ever dealt with, hands down.
