We found Wendy to be the consummate realtor. We writers= both seniors; former owners of 2 houses= first for over 26 years; second for almost 30 years. We chose a house we had researched…. bought immediately. Again, our age being factor…Wendy’s communication, negotiation, PATIENCE, & informative manner excellent. We lived on a granite mountain in western NC; a “Dead Zone”. Wendy would communicate 3 ways= by hard line phone, email, & text. She was always responsive, immediately. She had answers or options; ran interference w HOA over fencing; knew the comps and the market. She even gave us referrals for reno & service work. Always available. We cannot praise Wendy enough. She represented, advised and reassured two stressed seniors uprooting themselves after 30 years and transitioning to a new area, neighbors and lifestyle.
