Since we moved from out-of-state, we needed to find a house fast and needed to get our kids enrolled in school. We never missed out on a house in this hot market because our Realtor was not available to us -- that was not the case with our first Realtor. We met Candie at an open house. This was our alternative to see houses as our first Realtor was frequently not available. The thing we noticed about her that kept her on our mind was she would listen with attentiveness -- not just to us, but also to our kids asking her questions about what kinds of wildlife might be at the house. If she was going to pay that much attention to our kids, she would certainly pay attention to what we were looking for in a house. Candie was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
