Lina Morrow is a true professional. I appreciated her working with my daughter on a lot of the process stuff. Lina was her realtor when they moved to Hickory and my daughter and her husband recommended Lina to me based her skills at that time. Lina was helpful with the offer and the counter offer. The closing was smooth in spite of the Covid virus issues. We used the Docusign process to facilitate the bid/offer and the closing documents. Once I got the hang of it this was an uneventful process. I would not hesitate to recommend Lina Morrow if you are looking for a professional realtor.

Chris was always readily available when we had questions or needed his advice. He was a great leader with a calmness and confidence. He definitely was looking out for our best interests and paid attention to our wish list. I would highly recommend Chris as a real estate agent. From the first meeting with Christine, she was prepared to get the job done. She came prepared with the tools to measure the property, climb up into dark spaces to inspect with flashlights, and knew what to look for. She gave me a blunt, truthful opinion of my property and guided me on what I could sell and get for it. She responded quickly to all my requests, and got the job done for me. Angie's professionalism and her knowledge of the area in which she represents helped my sister and I, who lived out of state, make a purchase without physically seeing the property. If you don’t know already, buying a home (especially in this market) is quite a roller coaster ride. I can’t recommend Martina enough! From her knowledge of the market, to her negotiation skills, to her attention to detail, we knew we were in great hands. We spent quite a bit of time with her going to showings, and thoroughly enjoyed being around her. She is honest, yet positive, and probably the most patient person I’ve met. My husband and I didn’t always agree, and she navigated that with grace, and always helped me see the bigger picture that the right house for both of us would find us and work out. I’m so glad I trusted her through the process because we probably would have given up hope. And SHE DID IT! We are now in the most amazing house that is perfect for our family and can grow in for many years! It was worth all the heartache. She was ALWAYS available to answer our million questions, for last minute showings, and to ease our stress when going through escrow. I’m so impressed with her understanding of contracts and am so glad we had her to guide us! I will be referring her to everyone I know, and will definitely be using her in the future if we ever decide to sell.
