Wanda is hands down one of the absolute best real estate agents I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the Topsail Island area, the local market, and the ins and outs of properties in general is incredible. During the purchasing process, she didn't just show me houses; she clearly broke down the pros and cons of everything we looked at so I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated how she brought her own honest perspective to the table and communicated everything so clearly. Because I was looking for something very specific, it took me a long time to find the right property. I honestly thought I would have gotten annoyed with myself, but not Wanda! She never once gave up on the search, sticking by my side every single step of the way and guiding me through the entire process. No matter how many questions I threw at her, she was always patient, ready to help, and gave me a true, unfiltered perspective. Being out of town made the long-distance search tough, but Wanda made it seamless. Even after finding the place, she provided amazing local recommendations for everything I needed—from trustworthy attorneys to reliable cleaning and construction services. If you are looking for a dedicated, patient, and deeply knowledgeable agent in the Topsail Island area, I cannot recommend Wanda enough.
