We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Pam! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the New Bern area and especially the waterfront homes/lots we were looking at. From the very beginning, Pam was honest, trustworthy, and always acted with such integrity. She felt like family. She was always available when we needed her and answered our calls and questions every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but Pam made the entire process so much easier and gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. We absolutely love our new home and are so thankful Pam was there to help us find it!

Pam and her team were always there for us. Pam listened to our needs for a property that would suit our unique needs. Once we found the property we fell in love with and knew would be perfect for our Paws of War Training and Community Center, we had to get it zoned properly. This process started in Jan and ended in Jun. Pam was with us every step of the way and ensured that we did not lose the property while going through this process. She is very knowledgeable and not afraid to work to get everyone on board. Pam and her team understand and believe in our mission. They have provided our nonprofit with generous donations through a fundraising event and even donating a portion of their commission in order to help our program continue to help Veterans and their dogs. We really appreciate Pam and her hard work. And know that we will continue to be partners in this mission that is bigger than anyone of us. Thank you!!!

Tina was patient as I started my house searching more passively at the beginning of the year. I started looking more seriously in july and Tina was great to work with. Many things came up during due diligence on the property I chose and she ran down everything and was very helpful with her recommendations and setting up inspectors, the county, etc. I would have not been able to navigate this first time purchasing a house nearly this easily if Tina had not been in my corner of the ring.

Tina demonstrated strong and knowledgeable qualities selling in a very slow and highly competitive market. She is very good at following up with her clients and professional colleagues. Tina has excellent negotiation skills and she is truly passionate about her love for selling real estate. If you want to sell your property and close a deal then Tina is your agent. We have had a very good relationship with her for several years and she has delivered everytime we have called on her.

My experience with Tina as my realtor was nothing short of outstanding. She represented my every need, going above and beyond to look out for my best interests. Immediately responsive, a subject-matter expert on a variety of topics, vested in my success, impeccable integrity, and enjoyable to spend time with, Tina is the truly the best of the best. I would recommend her services to anyone without one hesitation.
