Basil is an outstanding real estate agent—truly a 10 out of 10. He handled every aspect of the home-selling process with confidence, clarity, and efficiency. His communication was consistent and timely, and he was always available to answer questions and provide updates. Basil ensured that every detail was taken care of and that the entire process was fair and transparent. Thanks to his expertise and professionalism, selling my home was a smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I worked with Basil as my Buyer's Agent for over a year before finally finding the right home. He was patient, but always diligent, in working with me during a very competitive market where houses were regularly sold over asking price the same day they hit MLS. I made several unsuccessful bids for houses with competitive (often over asking price) offers. Basil has a knack for knowing a home's true value based on construction quality, age, location, etc. We just ended up being outbid by 10K+ even after being above asking price. Throughout the process, Basil regularly checked in with me, sent me listings to look at and kept his ear to the ground on potential upcoming listings. He was a pleasure to work with, is a great realtor and person. He's easy to talk to and always willing to help however he can. I absolutely recommend working with him whether buying or selling.

Mr. Williams knowledge, communication, and professionalism overly exceeded my expectations. He was extremely patience with me as I had tons of questions as a first time buyer. He walked me through each step and made sure that I felt both comfortable and confident in each decision. He was responsive with communication via phone and email, while always eager to assist with any need. I would consider Mr. Williams a magician, as he made sure my first time experience was flawless-stress free without the mental gymnastics. I would highly recommend Mr. Williams to anyone looking to find the perfect home and I hope to work with him again in the future.
