I began my professional real estate career in 2017. However, I've been investing in real estate for more than 25 years. I am passionate about connecting people with property that not only fits their current needs but has built-in equity that can positively impact their future.
My process is described as "Turn-key with Boots on the ground." I am with my clients every step of the way from start to finish. I've personally assisted hundreds of clients buy and sell their property. My experience includes residential and commercial properties, vacant land, single-family homes, and multiplexes. I have helped clients with downtown, rural and beach front properties. During my 6 years at Keller Williams, I've received multiple prestigious awards such as 2017 Listing Agent of the Year, Bronze Agent for 2020 Production, KW Innovate #1 agent in 2021, Carolinas Region #10 Agent and multiple top 3 Sales, Keller Williams September 2022 Agent of the Month. The most recent was winning 2023 "Ratemyagent" of the year for Wilmington, NC and New Hanover Co.
One of my many attributes as a real estate professional is having a strong eye for detail and value. Being born and raised here in Southern North Carolina has allowed me to be familiar with property all over the area and my my close connections with the locals has helped develop my knowledge of various communities.

When not working for my client's next valued property. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, antiquing, visiting historical sites, museums, country road trips, spring and fall festivals, attending sporting events, youtube binging, fishing, crabbing, bar hopping and being just pure "too much".
I am politically neutral and maintain a minimum social media presence!
