After working in the wilderness for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection in Santa Cruz, California, Jessica realized she missed her true passion—working with people. In 2004, she traded the West Coast for the East Coast, making Carolina Beach her new home and real estate her new career. Her genuine love for working with people, coupled with her eye for design, made real estate a natural transition. Jessica also loves exploring the outdoors with her daughter Zoe and her husband Shane Keenan, who owns New Leaf Builders, a local green builder. No Sweat Sale

Jessica makes the process pleasant. She is the expert who makes recommendations to get the job done. She is easy-going yet proactive. Selling my property in such an unusual market was low-stress thanks to her.
