We started process on 3/9/21, came pre-approved and ready. Janese found us BEAUTIFUL homes in our range and made us feel very special! We lost our first bid (because we did not take her advice), but won the second try and we closed on 4/13/21 for her Birthday. From start to finish, Janese was very thorough in explaining things and answering our many questions as first time buyers.
