Wow. Where do I even begin with Abe? This is the 3rd home I've purchased, and he is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is personable, knowledgeable, communicates effectively, and bent over backwards to meet all of my needs. He was patient with me and all of my questions, and always open to my feedback and thoughts. He is extremely well-connected in the area and very experienced in buying and maintaining properties. My husband and I began casually looking at homes in April after learning we would be relocating to the Pinehurst area. We are both young professionals and didn’t know a ton about the details of the process, just that we knew we would want a home in the Southern Pines with access to shops and restaurants and historic charm. He set us up with virtually everything we would need and was always concerned about what we wanted- even if we went with other services beyond what he recommended, he was always supported and had our best interests at heart. Even after buying the home and closing successfully, Abe went the extra (ten) mile(s) to assist me with setting up utilities, find lawn services and wait for it. a *tenant*. Our house would 100% be vacant while we waited to move if it weren’t for his efforts. In the end, more than his professional capabilities and tenacity, Abe is also a really great person who could relate to us as a young couple. As one of the first people we got to know in our new town, he has truly shown us Southern Hospitality. He makes us so excited to come live here and I can’t recommend him enough!
