Kristi made sure we had our homework done before listing, stayed in contact with our out-of-state agent to align strategies, and guided us through what turned out to be a heartburn-inducing last week before closing. She made sure we came out on top, from listing to closing, and helped us find prompt, well-priced contractors to complete repairs. When we had questions about pricing, contracts, or anything, she had answers, no matter the time of day or night. We were especially thankful for her rapid, regular communication. Simultaneously selling and buying with a spouse in different states was possible, even easy, with Kristi's help. Sometimes she would call just to blow off some steam together.
