I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. When we were ready to start looking exploring the market a few months ago, Noah was ready with all of the information we needed in the areas we were interested in and ready at a moment’s notice to show a home that we were interested in. He was also very cognizant of what price range and areas of town we wanted to be in and would send of a good selection of homes with that in mind. We never felt overwhelmed with the selections. Once we did find one that we wanted to make an offer on, Noah guided us through without feeling pressured and we had the house under contract within 2 days. He was very thorough in getting all of the necessary info that we needed to take care of on our end and scheduling inspections and any necessary repairs. Harrison went above and beyond to create the best first home buying experience possible. Houses in the area and price range that I was looking at were selling the second they got the market. Harrison did an incredible job to keep me informed on great homes to ensure I could get my foot in the door to see if it felt like home. In many cases, that meant driving 30-45 minutes on short notice on multiple occasions to see a house. On top of all the legwork and research he did to make this home buying experience successful, the best part is that he treats everyone as a priority.

If you're thinking about selling, do yourself a favor and call him first. Long before our house hit the market, he was already hard at work. He walked through our home and gave us honest, practical recommendations for both the inside and the outside, and every suggestion made a real difference in how the house showed. He didn't just hand us a to-do list and disappear, either. He was there every step of the way, ready to help whenever we needed him. Then came the hard part. Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Offnick, had never been involved with selling a home and was concerned about all the stories I had heard about real estate agents. Must say that she was very professional, was able to understand my needs and worked with me to put together a logical and comprehensive plan to market my property. After the sale had been completed, I discovered that the lawyer representing the buyer in closing had made a very big mistake in my favor. I notified Ms. Offnick of the situation and she was able to get the mistake corrected. Her comments regarding the situation were, " I want to be fair to both parties in any property sale" . If you have need of a real estate agent, Ms. Offnick shoulf certainly be considered.
