It has always been excellent working with Steve. From the time I bought my home with Steve as my agent until the time I sold it 10 years later it has been first class. He was always there even years after the sale with the best deals for contractors, home repairs , and just about anything you can think of when it comes to home ownership. And of course when it came time to sell it was top dollar and a seamless transaction. After knowing Steve for a long time he comes highly recommended.

Working with Jake was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From our very first conversation through closing, he was always available, responsive, and proactive about keeping me informed. One of the things I appreciated most was the communication throughout the entire home-building process. There were so many moving pieces, decisions, and milestones along the way, but I always felt like I knew what was happening and what to expect next. He consistently provided updates, answered questions quickly, and made sure I understood each step of the process. Beyond the transaction itself, his knowledge and expertise really stood out. He has an incredible understanding of the Charlotte-area market and the surrounding communities, including the factors that influence home values and long-term growth. That level of knowledge gave me a lot of confidence that I was making informed decisions rather than simply buying a house. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy or build a home in the Charlotte area. His communication, market knowledge, professionalism, and genuine commitment to his clients make him an invaluable resource and truly exceptional realtor throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or a better experience!
