With the moving process there were many concerns that I had. Donna Kelly was able to alleviate them and made me feel comfortable and secure in the whole process. She also was available whenever I needed to communicate with her.

My wife and I owned property in NC and we live in Florida. Our local Real Estate Agent recommended Erika to us. Throughout the entire process, Erika, along with her assistant Kate went above and beyond all of our expectations. With such a distance between FL and NC, Erika handled every aspect of the process from contacting contractors to perform needed repairs to going out to the property when the AC and Pest control people serviced the property. I mean, Erika did it all and I could not be more pleased. She and Kate kept my wife and I up to date on what was happening and what to expect during the entire process. What I originally thought was going to be a nightmarish scenario for me, Erika made the whole experience quite pleasant and definitely stress free.
