Her recommendations for mortgage services, insurance, inspection and many other things were spot on, saving us time, money and aggravation. There was one potentially huge problem with our purchase (undisclosed tax lien) that could have taken weeks, even months to fix. Samantha called all the required parties, went back and forth with people for hours, and had the issue fixed in one day! She called that evening and told us about the issue, and that it was already taken care of, saving us a ton of worry and stress.
