Selling our home with Josh Stone of Matt Stone Realty was easy and hassle free. Josh did a thorough job in explaining the step by step selling/marketing plan before putting our home on the market. Communication with Josh was great throughout the entire process, which included getting professional outstanding photos of our home posted, signage, MLS literature posted, daily text updates, 24/7 phone calls as needed, good communication with buyers and agents and with us. Great detailed follow up and feedback, along with an excellent price for our home. In grading Josh Stone, he gets a grade of A+. In addition to selling our home, Josh was also very helpful in securing our new home with a price reduction. We would definitely recommend Josh Stone to anyone we know that is looking for a great realtor to sell their home.

I worked with Megan Otte to buy my first home. Even when she was on vacation. She was always willing to help me with questions. Once we found the perfect house, she made sure to make it to all the inspections that she could. One thing I loved is that she sent us videos to explain inspection reports and contracts. We found a fixer upper and she would speak with the inspectors, people at conferences, and even her dad to gather information for us regarding fixing up our house. I couldn’t have gotten a better realtor for my first time buying a house! Thank you Megan. :)
