I cannot say enough about Kathleen! I had a bit of a difficult situation and had to sell my house quickly and obviously get the best price possible. Kathleen made this process so easy! My house was sold and I closed in a matter of weeks. She is professional, courteous, smart and knows what she is doing! I would highly recommend Kathleen Walton.

From the start of our search for our next home, Beth was always available to answer any questions we had, took the time to understand our needs in a house, and didn't just throw us a bunch of houses, but really narrowed in the right kind of house we wanted. Her knowledge of the market and process was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better person to help us.

I highly recommend Ray for buying a house. He responded quickly when we wanted to view a house yet again, getting us scheduled and walking through it with us. He served as our go between during the negotiation process, providing us insight into the current market conditions. Ray continued to be accessible and helpful after our offer was accepted. He guided us through the closing process, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed without missing any deadlines. I don’t want to move again, but will use Ray again if it happens.

Maria was wonderful to work with. She's detail oriented, quick to respond, and helped me find exactly the home I was looking for. Couldn't have asked for a better agent.

David and the staff at DiGioia Reality are at the top for real estate agents that we've been involved with. Their knowledge of the area, and the time they took to work with us to find the perfect home was extremely important. When we are in the market to make another move DiGioia Reality is the only place we are going.
