Nicole Clyncke knows what she’s doing. She’s knowledgeable about the area where the house is going up for sale because she does her research. She shared information regarding what comparable houses recently sold for, and she knows what buyers are looking for. I followed her suggestions and directions to prep, stage, and show the house. I highly recommend Ray for buying a house. He responded quickly when we wanted to view a house yet again, getting us scheduled and walking through it with us. He served as our go between during the negotiation process, providing us insight into the current market conditions. Ray continued to be accessible and helpful after our offer was accepted.
