I must say that it was a lucky day that shortly after deciding to sell our house we received an introductory leaflet from Liz Young that started a very mutually rewarding relationship. Liz was very helpful in guiding us to what was needed to bring up our house to what is in demand in the market and provide us with reliable contractors or service providers to do the work. She was always available to do the extra step and did not hesitate to go to our house to provide help when we could not make it. Our house sold within 2 days at higher than our asking price. Liz Young professional approach, helpful advice and availability made selling our house a real success story. My wife and I highly recommend her.

-Very professional, someone you could really count on. Dependable, experienced, always on top of everything, she makes it all go smooth, One can tell she really cares about her job and more important; her client. We are very thankful for Evelyn and the work she does. She is really the realtor you need to get the job done!
