49 real estate agents in NC, 28159

After helping me buy a townhouse in the past I reached out and needed to look for a new home in my partners hometown out of state. She went out of her way and connected us with a good realtor and it has been great.

I'm an out of state investor and she’s been great in helping me with multiple deals both in FL and NC. Thanks to her I've added some great properties to my portfolio. We touch base several times a year.I work with other good realtors around the country but if I need something in her market she’s the first person I call.

Jane was the perfect realtor for us and helped us sell a property as out-of-state investors. She’s an expert about the market, highly connected with other agents and contractors, and creative/knowledgable about what it takes to generate buyer interest. She kept updated on sale progress every step of the way and overall, worked super hard for us to sell a challenging property. I’d highly recommend her all day long!

I had a long process to subdivide my proprty and Rob was great. Kept him up to date with the approval with the county and the morgage company. He is very knowledgeable with option to overcome several issues. I would highly recomend Rob for all you relastate plans with buying and selling!

By the time we got in touch with Rob we had already changed realtors twice and had the house on the market for 7-8 months with two offers that had fallen through. We had already moved away and were trying to handle things remotely. I had already experienced two other realtors and I can say that his professionalism, knowledge, and connections made him stand out right away. With our other realtors when prospective buyers asked about having things fixed they left it up to us to find a contractor or tried to hire someone who was overcharging us. Rob brought us the buyers' requests with a very reasonable quote at the same time. Instead of pulling our hair out trying to find a worker to do the job and then negotiate the price, Rob handled everything right away. When one offer fell through due to shaky financing, Rob got us back up and running right away. Worked harder than anyone else I've seen. After our previous experience I was beginning to lose faith in realtors. Rob set the bar higher than ever and I only hope I can find someone like him wherever we buy next.
