I had a long process to subdivide my proprty and Rob was great. Kept him up to date with the approval with the county and the morgage company. He is very knowledgeable with option to overcome several issues. I would highly recomend Rob for all you relastate plans with buying and selling!

By the time we got in touch with Rob we had already changed realtors twice and had the house on the market for 7-8 months with two offers that had fallen through. We had already moved away and were trying to handle things remotely. I had already experienced two other realtors and I can say that his professionalism, knowledge, and connections made him stand out right away. With our other realtors when prospective buyers asked about having things fixed they left it up to us to find a contractor or tried to hire someone who was overcharging us. Rob brought us the buyers' requests with a very reasonable quote at the same time. Instead of pulling our hair out trying to find a worker to do the job and then negotiate the price, Rob handled everything right away. When one offer fell through due to shaky financing, Rob got us back up and running right away. Worked harder than anyone else I've seen. After our previous experience I was beginning to lose faith in realtors. Rob set the bar higher than ever and I only hope I can find someone like him wherever we buy next.
