As an agent, Joe was understanding of my needs, wants, and future goals. He listened, understood me as a buyer, and only gave professional advice/recommendations when I asked. I appreciated Joe's expertise and knowledge in real estate. There were many times he showed specific aspects of a property that could affect it's future value, which was something I never would've considered.
