We very much enjoyed working with Kelly! We moved from WA to NC and we weren’t sure what we were looking for- land to build, house with acreage, house on the lake, townhome, rental! We were all over the place and Kelly was patient with us and had searches going for all those options lol. She made sure to be available for us when we flew in the few times and when we weren’t in town she would FaceTime with us and walk through the homes and properties to show us. She also had recommendations for us where to store our cars, look for furniture, house cleaners, etc. planning to call up Kelly for any future house sales or purchases!

We’ve had some hiccups with this sale but Allison was on it! She smoothed out the bumps and kept us in the loop with every step. She was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. She advocated for the best possible outcome and just made it all look effortless. “She’s kind to your face and a bulldog in the race” 😉. Such a pleasure working with her, will be recommending her to everyone! Thank you again!

Great communication with Nolan, even late night or weekend occasions of questions. He was always quick with response. I would assume to hear back Monday, next day. Not at all. He's getting recommended from those I know. Quick with the whole process too. Very professional. Young man. Good Luck With your New Baby Too!
