Kristen Haynes is an outstanding real estate professional leader in Charlotte and Charleston area real estate markets. She is an experienced realtor with a feeling of concern for the well being of her clients. We were blessed to meet Kristen Haynes while searching for a new home near Charlotte. She got us into a home in Carolina Orchards that we lived in happily for 10 years. Kristen’s meticulous attention to detail ensured that we did not overlook anything. Kristen Haynes is one of the finest people we have ever met. Her quick mind and exceptional ethical standards are qualities that truly stand out and make a lasting impact on those around her. Her diligence and hard work, combined with strong, established relationships with industry peers, are invaluable to her ability to collaborate successfully on a wide range of real estate industry issues. Her ability to foster mutual trust ensures that even the most complex partnerships move forward smoothly and productively. Unfortunately, our circumstances and needs changed as we aged to the point where we had to move to be closer to family to support us. It became necessary for us to move before we were able to sell our home. Again we turned to Kristen to assist us at a time we could not manage for ourselves. We contracted with third parties or everything to pack, move and prepare our house for sale. We gave Kristen our Power of Attorney to manage everything for us. The results speak for themselves. She sold our house for a very good price and realized a nice return on our investment to help us finance our final years in a senior living facility "We are deeply indebted to Kristen for making our move completely seamless. Thanks to her expertise, we relocated exactly when we needed to without a single worry regarding the sale of our home, packing, or the transportation of our personal belongings. She is truly the best!"
