We found Wendy to be the consummate realtor. We writers= both seniors; former owners of 2 houses= first for over 26 years; second for almost 30 years. We recognized need to be near family- made an unplanned and sudden relocation to Charlotte area. Family are dedicated researchers! They suggested Wendy.
