She was patient with us as we took time to look at homes over several months. In short, she was always on our side working to make our home buying experience as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jennifer was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. I would definitely recommend Sara White! She helped us buy two houses, one home and one investment property . Sara was very familiar with the rules and tight time table with a Starker 1031 exchange and was with us every step of the way. My husband and I decided to list our home in a popular Mooresville subdivision to move to an older home. We stumbled upon Josh when inquiring about a property. He agreed to take on selling our home and finding us a new one. We could not have been more lucky!!! Josh was wonderful and very very patient when dealing with us. If it wasn't for the extra help from the stager and photographer I don't know if our house would have sold so quickly. After our house was under contract Josh worked with us to find another one. Every time we called and asked about a house he set up a showing immediately. He was willing to work odd hours and he showed us the same home 3 times without complaint. We eventually put an offer in on that house and Josh helped us negotiate a very nice price.
