Terrific experience!

Having Frances as our agent was a consistently excellent experience! She quickly made arrangements to visit several properties until we found just the right one. Communicating with her was easy and she always responded in a way that was both timely and thorough. She also did an excellent job of interacting on our behalf with the seller’s agent, and we always knew that our questions and concerns were being expressed to them clearly and professionally. Frances gave us clear explanations of the closing process and was right there with us on the day of closing. On top of everything else, she is a friendly, genuinely kind person who is easy to relate to. Having Frances as our agent was a positive experience from start to finish!
