Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Offnick, had never been involved with selling a home and was concerned about all the stories I had heard about real estate agents. Must say that she was very professional, was able to understand my needs and worked with me to put together a logical and comprehensive plan to market my property. After the sale had been completed, I discovered that the lawyer representing the buyer in closing had made a very big mistake in my favor. I notified Ms. Offnick of the situation and she was able to get the mistake corrected. Her comments regarding the situation were, " I want to be fair to both parties in any property sale" . If you have need of a real estate agent, Ms. Offnick shoulf certainly be considered.

She was amazing, very knowledgeable and was on top of everything. Anything I needed she was right there to guide me and my husband in the right direction. Will definitely recommend her to my family friends anyone, she rocks!!!

I first contacted Dawon in 2018 to help my mom downsize into a smaller home; after a couple of weeks, my mom decided to stay. I contacted Dawon, met with her, and explained the need for her services in selling not only one, but three houses simultaneously. Dawon answered all of our questions, comforted us in our doubts, and strategically managed to get our homes on the market and sold within our timelines. She dealt with three different "demanding buyers" and their agents, she fought and negotiated for us when we wanted to throw in the towel. I honestly could not have chosen a better agent to represent us.

Jasmine Garcia is the best! She took the time to really get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. By house #3, she walked in and said, nope, this isn’t for them! She was easy to work with, took our concerns seriously, and landed us our new home! Jasmine was with us every step of the way and helped us when things seemed out of whack with our builder. We would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!!
