Randy did an excellent job of taking in all of the requirements and wants that we had in a home and showing us homes that met our criteria! He was very patient and helpful in finding us just the right home. Once we found that home, he made sure that everything went perfect until the keys were handed over to us! His communication skills and patience are excellent! I would highly recommend Randy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

This was not a huge sale but an important one for the family. Randy is very experienced in this local and his recommendations, referrals and local knowledge were spot on. He had realistic expectations with a game plan that matched This was not the easiest property to get closed but he went the extra mile to make it happen and kept the process on track. He was invaluable to our family and cared enough to go the extra mile. Much gratitude to Randy for his experience and effort!

Randy went above and beyond helping us with all the paperwork when we decided to purchase this home. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
