Rick was everything we needed and had so much patience dealing with us. We found a friend in our new home state. Thanks again for everything!

Especially if you're a first-time seller or buyer, Rick is a great guide to lead you through the process. Rick is knowledgeable, experienced, and well-attuned to market conditions. He is a hard worker and goes out of his way to assist his clients. He is readily accessible day and evening.

Rick Carter is amazing. I call him my "new hero." I could not have gone through the process of settling an estate without his help. He was so professional and kind, and he was always available to assist me as I negotiated this process alone. I will forever be grateful for his guidance and his professionalism. I would utilize his services anytime in the future, and I shall recommend him to anyone who needs assistance in the future. He is a gentleman and extremely fair. His attention to detail and his welcomed suggestions help make this a much easier process. Thanks, Rick. You will forever be my friend.
