I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. When we were ready to start looking exploring the market a few months ago, Noah was ready with all of the information we needed in the areas we were interested in and ready at a moment’s notice to show a home that we were interested in. He was also very cognizant of what price range and areas of town we wanted to be in and would send of a good selection of homes with that in mind. We never felt overwhelmed with the selections. Once we did find one that we wanted to make an offer on, Noah guided us through without feeling pressured and we had the house under contract within 2 days. He was very thorough in getting all of the necessary info that we needed to take care of on our end and scheduling inspections and any necessary repairs. Lane and Tracy cannot be captured in a single sentance. Their knowledge of the area, what it takes to sell at top dollar, and guidance in finding help foe each step is beyond and above what anyone would call normal. they found us handymen, plumbers, and movers the make the transition as easy as possible for us. In fact they sold the house for full asking price before it was listed and all cash so we closed in two weeks. All amazing tribute to there contacts, knowledge and skill. WE are over 80 and do not plan another move but if we do Lane and Tracy would be the only people I would call.
