Jill was great to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable on the homes in the area and quickly got a feel for the types of homes I was looking for. She was quick to make new suggestions and frequently available to look at new listings as soon as they hit the market. Jill made buying a home in a tough environment as painless as possible! I would definitely recommend her services going forward!

If you need a realtor, then Matt Stevens is your guy. My wife and I had never built a home before, and Matt was able to keep us informed every step of the way. He even attended our home walkthroughs and using his expertise pointed out mistakes that our builders had made that we would have never found. These mistakes helped us avoid issues that would have come up years down the road. We were new to the area, so he was also able to help us find a reliable 3rd party inspector and walk us through the results found. We highly recommend Matt, regardless of whether you are building, buying or selling, to use as your realtor as he provides a five-star experience and works for you to get the best possible deal.
