If you need a realtor, then Matt Stevens is your guy. My wife and I had never built a home before, and Matt was able to keep us informed every step of the way. He even attended our home walkthroughs and using his expertise pointed out mistakes that our builders had made that we would have never found. These mistakes helped us avoid issues that would have come up years down the road. We were new to the area, so he was also able to help us find a reliable 3rd party inspector and walk us through the results found.
