Takyla was the best realtor! She talked us through the process of buying a house and actually listened to our wants and needs. Within a few weeks we were able to find our forever home. Thank you much for all you’ve done.

If you are looking at property for personal use or INVESTMENT purposes, there is absolutely nobody better than Ashley, seriously! Our experience working with Ashley has been absolutely amazing. She knows the Raleigh and surrounding markets incredibly well and is supremely knowledgeable about the past, current, and future planned initiatives of the entire area. She is VERY responsive anytime we have a question or need something and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I can't say enough positive things about her and how pleased we have been working with her on several investment properties already. Please feel free to contact me for additional endorsements about her if needed as I can't express clearly enough how amazing she is.

Samantha was great to work with throughout our entire home building process. She sent us photo updates as our home went through each stage of building. Any questions that we had for her she was able to answer immediately. Her professionalism was amazing as well as her market knowledge. I highly recommend working with her if you're considering building in the neighborhood.

Dena was incredibly helpful and SO patient while we spent hours trying to decide which house would be ours. She never rushed us, gave us space when needed and valuable input when required. We appreciate all the effort she put into assisting us. She joined us at our closing and made arrangements for our Charleston contact to join us as well. I cannot recommend her enough!
