I can't recommend Patty highly enough as an agent--she was professional, discerning and attentive during a stressful out-of-town buying process in a very hot market. Patty went above and beyond in every way to ensure that we found a house we loved, but also to ensure that our home was in good condition. Given that most of our viewings were virtual, we truly relied on Patty's eagle eye to spot potential issues, and she give us great guidance during the bidding process. She made our lives easier in so many ways, and never flagged in her enthusiasm for our search, which dragged on for six months because of the crazy market. We will definitely rely on Patty when we need to sell.

Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight. We worked with Neill to sell our townhouse and purchase our new house. Neill was very helpful, kind, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He not only gave us helpful hints and vendors to help us get our townhouse ready for sale, he also was very useful in looking at new properties. His knowledge in home repair and home inspections is invaluable. Neill has a wonderful down to earth personality and a pleasant sense of humor. We were not the easiest customers to work with because of our specifications with both the selling price and what we wanted in a new home.
