I can't recommend Patty highly enough as an agent--she was professional, discerning and attentive during a stressful out-of-town buying process in a very hot market. Patty went above and beyond in every way to ensure that we found a house we loved, but also to ensure that our home was in good condition. Given that most of our viewings were virtual, we truly relied on Patty's eagle eye to spot potential issues, and she give us great guidance during the bidding process. She made our lives easier in so many ways, and never flagged in her enthusiasm for our search, which dragged on for six months because of the crazy market. We will definitely rely on Patty when we need to sell.
