Michael's a delight. My wife and I decided to buy a home in early 2022, and we linked up with him on our first showing. He could probably tell we were a little out of our depth, and worked to educate us on the whole process from start to finish. We viewed several houses with him and he was prompt, detailed and candid- everything you want in an agent! When we started the real buying process, he handled everything- we literally had nothing to worry about. This fellow is friendly, genuine, hardworking and kind, and if we ever decide to buy another home in the Triangle, he'll be our first and last call. 10/10 recommended

Michael patiently helped us for nearly 23-months to find our new house. He is extremely thorough and communicative. He provided detailed analysis about prospective homes that allowed us to make thoughtful decisions. During the offer phase, Michael worked dilligently with the selling agents to make sure we were being noticed. Throughout the due dilligence and contract phase, he provided excellent communcation with all parties. Mike was a great agent. He is friendly and thoughtful, well connected, highly responsive and did a great job selling our property. He recommended some very good and fairly priced contractors, gave us uncomfortable but VERY masterful advice on pricing and at the end of the day we could not have had a better experience.

Michael helped my wife and me buy a new construction home so we could move from Florida to North Carolina to be near family. My wife's health issues prevented us from traveling to see prospective homes so we had to buy it without ever seeing it. Michael created a video tour for us and deftly guided us thru the whole process. We owned the house a month before we moved to NC and Michael helped us get the interior of the house repainted before we moved and gave us recommendations for contractors to use to install grab bars in the shower, etc. We couldn't have been more pleased with his performance. When we eventually have to sell this house, he is the ONLY realtor we will contact.
