Chris was fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely thorough while helping us buy our first home. He explained the entire process to us in great detail, which was so helpful as first-time buyers. Chris went above and beyond by negotiating with the builder to include new appliances for us. He also saved us from a major future headache when he noticed the AC unit was frequently cycling on and off; it turned out to need extensive repairs that the builder had to cover. Furthermore, he suggested a radon test which revealed high levels, resulting in the builder paying for a mitigation system instead of us! Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. We always felt like she was in our corner, looking out for our best interests. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted. Thank goodness she didn't let us settle because we found exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier!! Adrienne was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Susan's a real pro - pays close attention to every seemingly little detail. She will go to great lengths to make everything perfect, from timing, to sign placement to interior design. At a higher level, her experience shows with the strategy and counsel she applies/provides. She's fun and confident. Our sale required a lot of communications and adjustments, compared to others in our past. She was always available to help. Always. She has quick and extensive access to top-shelf resources: movers, warehouses, locksmiths, for example. She makes it so you don't have to worry. There were two or three points in the process where we thought "We wouldn't want anyone else representing us." There's more to say. But suffice it to say you won't find a better real estate professional.
